As Service Desk Coordinator your primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day program support activities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Service Desk portal is operational. Troubleshoot and build advancements, as needed
  • Manage open service tickets within Network Helpdesk
  • Regular communication via email and phone to assist with clients
  • Conduct research on new or unknown issues to find and implement resolution
  • Maintain database of accurate information, provide reporting, as requested
  • Assist with product and asset development
  • Maintain case notes including progression and resolution for all clients
  • Lead short-term research projects, related to data uptake, troubleshooting, solutions or other service issues
  • Report on program performance, per client’s requests
  • Manage EHR product message for financial, clinical, brand and enrollment
  • Complete EHR program audits
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelors’ degree in information technology or computer science
  • 1-year experience in customer service or technical support
  • 1-year experience utilizing Atlassian Products
  • Experience working with coding language, preferably VBA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
