Manager of Product Solutions


At OptimizeRx, we're all about helping people afford their medications so that they can be healthy.  We do this by digitizing drug coupons so that they show up on the doctor’s computer when a drug is prescribed.  The doctor makes the patient aware of the savings, and off the patient goes to the pharmacy – with coupon in hand (or on their smart phone). As a leader in innovative solutions in the Medical Digital arena, OptimizeRx is growing its platform to conduct a variety of commerce beyond the original core competency of digitizing and distributing marketing materials into delivering other assets into the Practices leveraging both internally created products and those contributed by business partners and from acquisitions. This position will be on the leading edges of this growing market presence in creating and delivering these new innovative solutions.

We want a Manager of Product Solutions who is a passionate technical leader with experience in Pharmacy processing and Marketing, and with extensive background in managing Products and Customers. 

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Drives rapid software development cycles
  • Grow into greater technology competencies via on line courses, on-the-job training, and technical resources
  • Ensures adherence to the software development lifecycle across engineering personnel

More specifically, here are some skills we're looking for:

  • Clear and concise communication skills and advanced level of English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience with Pharmacy commerce and marketing methodologies
  • Extensive experience managing products and customer experiences
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience at an enterprise level

Job Responsibilities and Duties
including both direct ownership and via leveraging department assets

  • Manage new product and product enhancement Business Analysis and Agile processes using AHA and Jira tool sets
  • Create detailed market analyses for new product opportunities
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Product strategies and other divisions within OPRX for multi-division solutions
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers, non-customers, and channel partners
  • Create ongoing reporting on projects and statuses
  • Contributing to both internally and externally facing presentations for customers, management, and product management
  • Attend relevant trade shows and conferences to learn about market trends
  • Analyze potential partner relationships for the products
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute
  • Lead product discovery conversations with new partners and/or new modalities
