Your pharmacy will input your information into the computer where your permanent records will be kept. Once the information has been stored by your pharmacy you no longer need the card because your records are in the computer. Each time you return to the pharmacy you will get the plan's appropriate discount. Store your card/printed page in a safe place. You are required to pay the pharmacy in full for your discounted price.
