Alzheimer's Disease or Medication for Memory Loss
This study is trying to find people who are taking medications for memory loss or have mild-to-moderate Alzheimers disease. Qualified participants will receive study-related health assessments and investigational drugs at no cost and study-related care from the study doctor at the healthcare facility.
